During may 2009 the registration through the Ministry's homepage https://enjazit.com.sa has been started. See "NOTE-3" below.

Business-visa

Enclude the following to your application:
(All documents, exept the invitation, in original.)

• 1 pcs application-form . Here is more info.
  

• Passport. Valid at least 6 months. No Israeli stamps. If you have a valid Saudi-visa in the passport you won't be given the new before the old one expires.
  

• 2 pcs of photographs, b/w or colour. Must be taken on white background. Only genuine photographs..
  

• Guarantee.letter from your employer. Malli vasemalla.
  (NOTE-1: Must be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce, regardless where the invitation is issued. The letter must contain the following info about your Sponsor in Saudi: Company name, address, tel.No AND registration number; use our template (link left)
  

• Invitation from Saudi - (read more through the link at the left.)
  
  
• Declaration. Print, read through, date and sign it..
  
  
• Copy of passport. (Page with photo and data only)
  
  If you are a non-Scandinavian nationality your passport must contain a valid residence-permit to a Nordic country (in this case: Sweden, Finland or Norway)

09-02-23: NOTE-2: Your profession must be the same !
See picture here If your profession isn't the same in the invitation as it is in your application-form and guarantee-letter, the application is not accepted. Check with your Saudi-sponsor and arrange your application accordingly.)

09-05-06: NOTE-3: The Consulate accepts only applications that have been pre-registered through the Ministry's homepage https://enjazit.com.sa. This regitration costs USD 10.50 per entry. (VISA/Mastercard) We offer the registration-service. The receipt WITH the consulate's follow-up- number must be submitted with the application IF you choose do register yourself.

Temporary Work visa.

When applying for Temporary Work visa you need the documents above, plus the following: (NOTE you don't have to send the "Guarantee-letter from employer as stated above - it is for business-visas only..)

• Flight ticket or it's booking, both ways.
• Document from employer that guarantees that your experience in the line of work you are about to undertake exeeds two years.
• Temporary work-contract with your Saudi empoyer, signed by both parties. Copy hereof is OK.
• NOTE 1: your profession in the application/contract must match your diploma.
• NOTE 2: The visa-fee is SEK 3.000:-

Women applying for Saudi visa needs an invitation from the Ministry. There have been exceptions, but they are very scarce.
